How pricing works
We don't publish a rate card because no two genomics teams have the same workload. Here is exactly what a quote is built from, so nothing is a surprise on the call.
Compute
You are charged for the analyses you actually run. A bulk RNA-seq run on a few dozen samples costs far less than a large single-cell or whole-genome cohort, and idle workspaces cost nothing.
Storage
Raw FASTQs, intermediates, and results are metered by volume and retention. Most teams keep raw data hot for a few months and archive the rest, which keeps this line small.
Seats and access
Individual plans cover one person. Team and enterprise plans add shared workspaces, roles, and a pooled usage budget so the whole group works from one plan.
No surprise invoices
Usage is visible in the workspace before it becomes a bill, and team plans can set budget caps. We size the plan with you rather than letting overages accumulate quietly.
